IMPRIDE presents
A GOOD DICKENS
A musical parody for the holidays.
Scrooge is bad to the bone.
But he’s about to have a Good Dickens.
December 16–19, 2026 · 8 p.m.
Tenth Avenue Arts Center · Downtown San Diego
This Christmas, join IMPRIDE for a gloriously wicked twist on a classic Dickens tale.
One miserable miser. Three ghosts with absolutely no boundaries. And a Christmas Eve intervention that’s about to go spectacularly off-script.
In A Good Dickens, the past comes calling, the present brings attitude, and the future… well, she’s got issues of her own. This irreverent musical parody serves up outrageous characters, pop-song parodies, and enough holiday baggage to fill Santa’s sack.
Can Scrooge find his Christmas spirit? Can these ghosts get their act together? And who, exactly, needs saving?
Deck the halls. Clutch your pearls.
Have a Good Dickens.
