Kat Dudley has four of her houses in Scorpio. What does that mean? She has spent the last 10 years in improv honoring, celebrating, idolizing, and sometimes fearing THE ROOT. Our Root chakra is where we hold the darkness, the eros, the very thing that makes us passionate, petty, and purposeful people. This workshop will invite participants to wine and dine and 69 their shame, embarrassment, fears, or anything that is preventing them from being honest, vulnerable, and badass as hell. You will leave this workshop feeling lighter, happier, and more easeful in your scenes. Get out of your head and into your body. Trust yourself and your instincts. Dip your feet into the earth and swim in the cool waters of group play and support. Believe in the magic and get rid of your toxic sh*t!
We promise this workshop will only be as hippie woo woo as the class wants it to be. But open minded and honest folks are encouraged to play.

Workshop prerequisite: Open minded, fearless, and playful. If the idea calls to you, you are welcome. Preference to feeling open to jumping in vs experience needed.
